SUBSTANCE: meter has sensitive element manufactured in the form of acoustic resonator from piezoelectric crystal in the shape of parallelepiped installed between electrodes through spacers inserted in advance made of material in which sound velocity is many times smaller than in piezoelectric crystal and amplifier manufactured with preset pass band.
