SUBSTANCE: optical instrumentation, measuring procedures, to methods and means for measuring the energy of laser radiation pulses. The device for measuring the energy of laser pulses contains a source of laser radiation that forms optics in the form of an optically coupled and sequentially installed shutter, the first and second quartz plates, which ensure the separation of radiation from a laser source and a measuring head of radiation reflected from the first plate and passing through the second plate, and measuring and computing unit, including an operational amplifier and a microprocessor in the form of a microcontroller with an analog-to-digital converter, communication equipment and a communication channel, a pyroelectric sensor receives radiation passing through the first plate and is connected to a radiation meter connected to the microcontroller, a photodiode receives radiation reflected from the second plate, and is connected to the microcontroller, the measuring head is connected through the conversion and registration unit and the operational amplifier to the microcontroller connected to the gate, which controls the number of pulses transmitted by it.
EFFECT: increase in the speed of data processing and synchronization.
