FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: method includes passing of flat coherent light wave through diffuser, passing of diffuser-scattered wave through controlled telescopic optical with known magnification value, registration of hologram with the aid of flat reference wave, illumination of hologram with same wave, introduction of mutual phase changes into them, performance of spatial filtering in plane of hologram registration of interferogram of side shift in band of infinite width and conductance of quality control over optical system by interferograms. Mutual phase changes in light waves are performed by displacement of tested optical system and hologram by values tied up with relationship given in description of invention.
