FIELD: nondestructive testing. SUBSTANCE: device for ultrasonic inspection has electromagnetoacoustic converter, excitation generator, measuring unit, indicator, amplifier with controlled amplification factor and regulator of amplitude value of excitation current which one input is connected to excitation generator, which second input is linked to correction unit. Second output of correction unit is coupled to controlling input of amplifier with controlled amplification factor which output is connected to input of measuring unit. Electromagnetoacoustic converter is manufactured in the form of permanent magnet, strap made of magnetically soft material with central cavity, excitation coil coupled to output of regulator of amplitude value of excitation current and reception coil linked to signal input of amplifier with controlled amplification factor mounted uniaxially. Correction pickup is fabricated in the form of low-frequency radiator of air current which presents dielectric strap with radial and central conduits for compressed air, membrane anchored between straps and inductance coil attached to membrane in central cavity of strap made of magnetically soft material and connected to A. C. generator which is low-frequency one and piezoelement with central hole for compressed air coupled to resonance amplifier mounted uniaxially. Excitation coil, reception coil and piezoelement are attached to outer surface of dielectric strap. EFFECT: increased authenticity if inspection. 2 dwg
