FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: line motor has dielectric frame of coil and magnetic core manufactured from round ferromagnetic rods positioned over external perimeter of motor. Armature of motor is composed of ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic parts. On both sides armature is coupled to funnel-shaped springs which rest against frame of coil. Flag of limit switch is located on armature on working side. Limit switch and mechanical positioner which presents movement limiter produced from polymer material are anchored at definite distances from motor. Working element, in given case sewing, is directly coupled to armature. EFFECT: improved operational reliability. 1 dwg
