ELECTROMAGNETIC PUMP Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: hydraulic pumps; electromagnetic reciprocating pumps. SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic pump has stator with cylindrical magnetic housing 1 inside which two magnetizing coils 2 are mounted; coils 2 are separated by gasket 3 made from nonmagnetic material. Poles 4 are mounted at ends of coils. Poles 4 are also separated by bushes 5 made from nonmagnetic material. Armature-piston is made from nonmagnetic material in form of pipe 6; one end of pipe 6 is provided with head 7 with hole. Magnetic rings 8 and nonmagnetic rings 9 are fitted on outer surface of pipe 6. One end of armature-piston rests against spring 10 which exerts pressure on metal ball 11 fitted in valve compartment 12, armature-piston stroke limiters 13 being mounted on inner surface of compartment 12. Working pipe line 14 is secured to ends of electromagnetic pump. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
