FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: course of discrete plasmapheresis is carried out at pregnant having primary antiphospholipid syndrome. Treatment course has 6-12 seances, 400-600 ml of plasma being removed per each seance. Treatment course is repeated when antiphospholipid antibodies acculumate in blood.
