SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment with intravenous immunoglobulins in patients with habitual miscarriage and circulation of anti-phospholipid antibodies. The expression of kisspeptin (KISS) is determined by immunohistochemical study of the placenta. The relative area of KISS expression is determined, calculated by the formula , wherein S(%) is the relative area of KISS expression, S positive is the value of the area of immunopositive KISS cells; S total is the value of the area of the preparation. If the relative area of KISS expression equals 35% or more, the treatment is confirmed to be effective.
EFFECT: possibility of accurate and reliable evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment with intravenous immunoglobulins in patients with habitual miscarriage and circulation of anti-phospholipid antibodies by determining the KISS expression in a immunohistochemical study of the placenta.
