Fitted concentrically with hose barrel 1 at its outer side is conical-and-cylindrical case 15 forming space 16. Circular stops 10 and 11 are placed on outer surface of hose barrel. Conical bushing 12 and damper 13 are installed between stops 10 and 11. Bushing 4 is installed for axial travel relative to hose barrel 1 by means of spring 7. Spring is located between hose barrel 1 and flange 6 of bushing 4. Nozzle has outer cone 2 and inner cone 3 with flexible gasket placed in between. Hose barrel 1 has radial holes 20 for communication with space 16 of case 15. Conical bushing 12 of hose barrel forms, together with cylindrical part of case, circular clearance 18.
