FIELD: environmental protection. SUBSTANCE: device has vessel 1 with net shaped reservoir 3 hanged from boom 2. The reservoir has open front wall and is placed in container 5. Container 5 is connected to pump using a pipeline. Floating barrier 8 is connected to vessel 1, and additional floating barriers 9 are attached to container 5 and appropriate floating barrier 8. Barriers 8 and 9 have pneumatic ducts 10 and nozzles. The latter point inside enclosed space. Each floating barrier 8 is provided with drawing up fixture 12. The latter is made in the form of floating hydrojet apparatus the cavity of which is communicated with cavity of floating barrier 8. Inclined outlet nozzles are provided in back wall of drawing up fixture 12. Point of intersection of the nozzles comprises installed flow distributor connected to adjusting mechanism.
