FIELD: hydraulic-engineering construction. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has wastes and fish preventive screen 3, fish deflecting guide 4 and cleaning fixture. The cleaning fixture is made in the form of hollow cylinder 5 with ejector chamber 10 and its tips 11. Cylinder 5 is placed so, that it is capable to move along screen 3 in guides 7 with the help of telescopic bar 6. Ballast capacity 14 with shovel 15 and nozzles 16 are located at the lower part of screen 3. Nozzles are directed to the shovel. Additional wastes and fish preventive screen 18 is placed between fish deflecting guide 4 and pumping station 2. A device to create an air screen is located between ballast capacity 14 and cylinder 5. The device is made as tube collector 19 with nozzles 20, that are directed vertically upwards. Cylinder 5, ballast capacity 14 and pipe collector 19 are connected to compressor 24 by flexible pipes 21, 22 and 23. The flexible pipes have stopping members 24.
