FIELD: materials mixing. SUBSTANCE: mixer has vessel 1, planetary gear with central pinion 2, and satellites 3 - 5 engaged it. Shafts of the satellites have fast and slow acting 7 and 8 stirrers. Each stirrer 6 - 8 has upper group 9 and lower group 10 of helicoid blades directed to each other. The blades are made in the form of spiral windings of different pitches. Number of blades in upper group 9 of slow stirrers 7 and 8 is twice as number of blades in lower group 10. Fast stirrer 6 has one helicoid blade in upper group 9, which has one winding of coil line, and one helicoid blade in lower group 9, which has half of coil of winding line. Slow stirrer 7 has two helicoid blades in upper group 9, which have half of coil each. The largest slow stirrer 8 has four helicoid blades in upper group 9, having one forth of coil of winding line each, and two helicoid blades in lower group 10, having half coil of winding line each. Relation between numbers of blades in upper group of any slow stirrer and fast one is within of from 2 to 4. Central pinion 2 and satellite 5 of the slowest stirrer 8 are installed to be able to rotate in one direction. Vessel 1 is loaded with initial components or their preliminary mixtures. Planetary gear provides complex planetary motion of stirrers 6 - 8, and composition mixing is carried out according to a selected mode. EFFECT: good mixing. 3 cl, 1 dwg
