FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of multicomponent granulated mixes and may be used in industry to this end. Proposed mixer comprises casing with three sequentially arranged chambers and aligned shafts with working members, loading branch pipe and nozzles. High-rpm shaft is arranged inside low-rpm shaft to pass through said three chambers. Nozzles to feed fluid and viscous components are mounted in face cover of first chamber. High-rpm shaft arranged in first chamber supports two cleaning vanes, and there behind, two different-diameter opposed-coil belt coils. Low-rpm shaft arranged in second chamber supports built coils driven by bevel gears from high-rpm shaft. Variable-pitch screw arranged in third chamber consists of three sections: first and third sections with solid coils and second section and perforated coils. Low-rpm shaft is driven by high-rpm shaft via planetary gearing arranged in support between first and second chambers of casing. Truncated-cone-orifice die is arranged at casing end.
EFFECT: higher quality of mixing.
