FIELD: production of explosives, applicable in industry for mixing of explosive compositions, including: powders and explosives, and moulding of products from them. SUBSTANCE: the plant has a mixing head with a reduction gear comprising a planetary gear of the drive of the working members - mixers and a carrier drive, paddle, screw, self-cleaning mixers with the relation of rotational speeds being 1:2, a set of replaceable bowl bodies with trucks, moulding device comprising a shell installed on stationary supports, power hydraulic cylinder with a discharge piston. The mixer and carrier drives are made as self-contained cinematic chains for smooth remote independent control of the rotational speed of each drive. Cooling of the planetary gear is effected by compressed air through a tube installed coaxially and in a spaced relation gear, one end of the tube is secured on the body of the mixing head, and the other end is connected to the reduction gear cavity and engageable with the filter gauze secured on the end of the hollow shaft of the reduction gear. The bodies of the sealing units of the shafts, sealing units of the mixer shafts and hollow shaft of the cover of the reduction gear body have conduits for compressed air, compressed air is fed to the mixer sealing units through the tube positioned coaxially in a spaced relation inside the tube feeding the compressed air for cooling the reduction gear. The lower ends of the mixers are made in the form of a wedge with a wedge angle within 30 to 45 deg. The hollow shaft of the cover of the reduction gear body is provided with a shaped plate for engagement with the end position pickup secured on the body of the mixing head. The discharge piston of the moulding device connected to the rod of the power hydraulic piston is provided with valves for gas drainage connected to the cylinders of the valves installed on the opposite side of the piston. The drain valves are installed in the cylinders in a spaced relation and have a pivot on one side engageable with the discharged material, and at least one valve on the other side has a pusher engageable in the upper position with the end position pickup; the piston of the valve is provided, for example, with a control air cylinder of a unidirectional action. The packing seal of the discharge piston is provided with a device for adjustment of interference of the packing seal in the bowl diameter, it has curved members located uniformly in the circumference of the packing seal. Interference is adjusted by bolts positioned in the circular shell of the piston. EFFECT: optimized process of mixing and moulding, enhanced safety of the process and quality of products. 8 dwg
