FIELD: manufacture of nonwoven filtering material. SUBSTANCE: device accommodates a sealed chamber, a high-voltage generator, an vertical conveyor along with metering pumps and a device adapted to take finished materials and to deliver the substrate. The conveyor drive and fibermakers rocking rods are also enclosed in the device. The rods carrying cup-shaped electrodes are supported by swinging blocks which hollow shafts have drives kinematically connected to fibermakers. The shafts are carried by bearings positioned in the housing of the mechanism adapted to control the distance between the cups of the fibermakers on one side and the vertical conveyor on the other. The housing is set in guiding supporting cantilevers and capable of axial movement. The blocks are brought oscillation by a device which driving shaft has a cam fastened to it. The cam is provided with a special-shape slot kinematically connected through a vertical rod to the lever carried by the intermediate shaft of the oscillation drive. The shaft is mounted in bearings enclosed in the upper bundle of racks and has levers disposed at its edges. The levers adjustable arms, are linked to horizontal rods and move the racks which engage the gears carried by the hollow shafts of the swinging blocks referred to above. The levers carried by the intermediate shaft received in the drive operating the horizontal rods are 180° displaced one from another. The cam provided with a slot is positioned so that the vertical rod has the largest stroke as the fibermakers are in extreme positions.
