FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: device has intake table, at least one pair of feed rolls connected by gear train and one pair of intake rolls also connected by gear train. Upper feed and lower intake rolls have overrunning clutch whose outer races are connected with tooth-and-rack transmission. Racks have stops, and crossmember has brackets engaging with stops when crossmember moves upwards. Mounted on feed and intake rolls are at least two polyurethane disks with spherical projection in cross section and trapezoidal grooves on projection edges. Ratio of summary cross section of grooves and cross section of projections is 0.9:1. Disks are furnished with height adjustment device. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 6 dwg
