SUBSTANCE: regulator has two flexible members fixed on diaphragms; similar shaped annular projections in the form of convex surfaces with constant curvature radius are made on end of axially movable diaphragm and on butt-end surface of rotor contacting it; they are uniformly distributed along circumference; diaphragm is mounted in a spaced relation to rotor projection to form hydrodynamic wedge.
