FIELD: water aeration. SUBSTANCE: invention focuses on natural and artificial basins, in particular, dead zones arising when cleaning household and industrial waste water in oxidation ponds. Installation contains anchored pontoon with, disposed on it, engine, air intake, water intake pipeline and dispersing arrangement with through openings in walls of elastic hoses, water pump, water-intake and air pipelines. Installation is provided with collecting tank with level and air release control unit and water drain pipeline, receiver, and retaining valves. Engine is constructed as wind mechanism mechanically connected with water-intake pipeline with filter on its entry and, through retaining valve and pipeline, with collecting tank located above pontoon waterline. Collecting tank also communicates through air-intake pipeline and retaining valve with air intake and, through air pipeline, receiver, and retaining valve, with dispersing arrangement having annular delivery mechanism.
