FIELD: solar power engineering. SUBSTANCE: saturated steam produced in solar receiver 4 of steam generator having economizer heating surface 1 and evaporator heating surface 2 is conveyed to steam-liquid separator 5 wherefrom dry saturated steam is supplied either directly or via fuel-fed steam reheat transfer surface 6 to turbine 8. Saturated liquid produced in separator 5 is stored in tank 7 and can be used to produce steam for plant operation in absence of solar insolation or for any other purpose. Plant may be used to supply heat energy to users through water-to-water heat exchanger 16 communicating with tank 7 and through gas-to-water heat exchanger 17 ytilizing heat of exit gases from steam reheater 6. Electrical energy generated by photoelectric converters 18 is used to supply auxiliaries of power plant which ensures its off-line operation. Heater 21 that functions as cooling system of photoelectric converters 18 may be used insteadof heater 11 to raise power output.
