FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: resistance strain pressure pickup has diaphragm coated with dielectric, bearing base, outlet wires, and contact block with contacts. The block is constructed as bushing with a flange which is tightly coupled with a cover over periphery. The block is mounted coaxially to the diaphragm, and the end face of the block is rigidly secured to the bearing base. The surface of the flange and faces of the contacts are arranged in the same plane. The surface of the flange is coated with dielectric wherein ports are made. The flat outlet wires connect contact areas with end faces of the contacts. The contacts of the block can be arranged over generatrix of the conical surface at an inclination to the surface of the flange. The inclination is defined by a relationship presented in the invention description. The pickup can be provided with a coupling nut connected to the bearing base. The cover is secured to the nut to define a space between them. The space is filled with sealant. Passages are also filled with sealant. The contact block with the flange shall be secured to the bearing base before mechanical working of the diaphragm. After that, the diaphragm is worked together with the flange of the block, and then the dielectric layer is applied to them and ports for contacts are made.
