Sleeve has bushing mounted between safety gaskets and provided with cylindrical axial drilling for gas-tight lubrication and with washer. The latter is placed between one of safety gaskets and diaphragm. Removable needle has funnel-shaped opening and is provided with flexible valve with carrier.
