SUBSTANCE: throttling passages tangentially adjoin cavity and chemical; diffuser-type passage are provided in center portion of splitter plate for communicating the chambers with diffusers directed to side opposite to compensation chamber whose peripheral portion is made in form of torus tangentially adjoining these passages. Axes of diffuser-type passages and/or throttling are inclined towards plane of splitter plate, thus enhancing damping characteristics of vibration support.
