FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a bed with revolving faceplate for fastening workpieces, electric holder carrying the elements of a unit for local supply of cutting fluid to chamber through internal channel of electrode tool. Faceplate is connected by bellows with feedback transmitter consisting of multiplier, second bellows, rotating receiving transformer and induction motor-generator with reduction unit, interacting electrically with machine control system, hole-broaching regulator, and circle arc divider by faceplate turning angle. Transmitter and divider have complex electric connections of rotary transformers with induction motor-generators used as drives of faceplate and rotary transformer whose rotor is mechanically linked with faceplate.
