FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for electrochemical lapping of intricate-shape products, for example blades of closed one-piece turbine wheels, after their electrochemical forming. The proposed machine comprises the bed with the workpiece mounting appliance, tool head with electrode, power source to be connected to workpiece and electrode, electrolyte circulation and machine control systems. The tool head is mounted on a beam arranged on struts mounted on the bed, and represents a casing. The latter houses the hollow shaft that reciprocates axially therein, its one end face accommodating the flange to joint electrode and communicating with electrolyte circulation system. The machine incorporates the system that actively controls electrolyte flow rate through the zone of lapping and is built in the circulation system. It represents two pipelines connected with electrolyte circulation system pressure channel. One of them is brought into lapping zone, the other one accommodating a gage-rotametre with a metered orifice. Note that aforesaid pipelines have branches brought to the said rotametre on opposite sides of its bulb.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of lapping, reduced labor input and rejection.
