FIELD: molding of heat-insulating bricks, blocks, shells, etc, products from raw materials with use of organic cellulose-containing fibrous fillers of plant origin of the type of arbolite, scopoconcrete, xylolith, straw bricks, cement-ash wood, as well as for molding of briquettes from halva mass, oil cake and other compositions. SUBSTANCE: molding of solid packing with oriented laying of fibrous fillers from raw material mass of flexible large-pore structure is effected by the method of layer vibration rubbing of one microlayer into another and in this way to attain the preset size of brick by building up the brick on the preliminarily laid layer of basic mixture. Plant for realization of the method includes vibrating molds with moving vibrating bottoms, loading bins for supply of basic layer and molding sand, vibromechanical member of layer rubbing of molding sand, table with bottom plates for transfer of molded products to curing station.
