FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production line of large-porous concrete articles. Process line includes technologically related: preparatory compartment for preparation of encapsulating solution with blade concrete mixer and connected to it through weight feeders-batchers with cement and building sand consumption bins; volumetric batcher with water supply capacity; a mixing compartment comprising a concrete mixer for preparing a coarse-porous concrete mixture, connected to a concrete distributor, as well as feeders-batchers with a feed hopper of a coarse porous aggregate and with a blade mixer containing a capsulating solution; molding compartment with metal molds; separation of item strength set with heat treatment chamber or post of natural hardening of molded articles. As a concrete mixer for preparation of large-porous concrete mixture, the mixing compartment contains a centrifugal mixer-capsule filler of continuous action, connected by means of flexible hoses to batchers of capsulating solution, porous aggregates and concrete distributor.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of technological line for preparation of articles from light coarse-porous concrete, reduced consumption of binder and provision of high thermotechnical characteristics of articles.
