FIELD: vehicles. SUBSTANCE: device has two rolling trucks 1. Platform 5 turning in a vertical longitudinal plane is hinged on truck frames 2. Guideways are rigidly fixed on each platform symmetrically to its longitudinal axis. Cargo supports 8 are mounted along guideways for moving and fixing. Additional guideways are rigidly fixed on lateral sides of platform. Cable and block system units 7 are mounted movable and fixable inside guideways. Winch 9 is set up on one of the platforms. One end of cable is fixed on a drum and its other end is passed through corresponding blocks and rigidly joint to a block set up on another platform. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
