FIELD: transportation by road.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loading and carrying large size loads, mainly small boats with width of hull exceeding overall dimension of loads carried by road vehicles. Proposed method of loading and carrying of large-size loads, mainly small boats includes bringing boat 1 on to platform body of vehicle, its fastening on platform body by bringing arc-shaped hinged posts 3 to each other with subsequent turning of posts with boat through 90° relative to fixed guides 6 detachably secured on cross beams of platform body and shifting them in crosswise direction of align center of gravity of boar with vertical plane passing through longitudinal axis of vehicle, and carrying boat to place of unloading. Vehicle to be used for this purpose has platform body 2 in front part of which post 17 with sheaves 18 and 19 is installed, roller supports 22 are provided in middle part, and sheave 23 and end face roll 24 found in end part. Platform is furnished with two fastening belts, each being made in form of hinged arc-shaped posts 3 hinge-mounted on common member 4 installed for movement in cross direction relative to platform body. Common member and arc-shaped posts are furnished with rollers 7 interacting with groove guide 6 of radial curvature detachably secured on frame of platform body. Platform body is furnished with mechanism for crosswise displacement of posts with boat fixed in posts.

EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, simplified carriage.
