METHOD OF GRANULATED GUANO PRODUCTION AND CONTINUOUS LINE FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: ground guano is simultaneously diluted and ground. Thus treated guano is fed into fermenter 8,9, where its fermentation at humidity 90-92 mass % is carried out. Then fermented mass is brought into contact with air oxygen to terminate methane fermentation and then it is fed into thickener 15 to thicken. Thus filtrate and thickened mass is prepared. Guano is granulated, simultaneously its drying by spraying takes place. Said processes are carried out in apparatus 23, fluidized bed being used. Flue gases being liberated during combustion of fermented product are used by mentioned above drying. Filtrate which is obtained by thickening is heated in apparatus 20,21 and is used for heating and dilution of origin guano. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
