COMPLEX ORGANOMINERAL FERTILIZER AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION THEREOF Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: fertilizer is composed, weight parts: peat 50-150, 2-3 years old cattle manure 25-400, dry poultry dung 300-500, hydrolysis lignin 50- 100, maternal ground layer 59-100, 4-25% aqueous ammonia solution 1-10, mineral additives 1-100, stimulant 0.5-5.0, and binding agent 0.1-0.5. Fertilizer is prepared by crushing organic components, mixing them with mineral additives, granulation, drying at 35-60 C, and separating granules into fractions. Before mixing, maternal ground layer is added to organic components and crushing is carried out until particles 80-129 mcm in size are obtained. Thereafter, mixture is disinfected, fermented at 60-89 C in presence of 4-25% ammonia solution at continuous stirring during 2 to 4 h, and fractionated to give mass with particle size up to 5 mm. After adding stimulant and binder, mass is forced through screw extrusion machine provided with knife. EFFECT: simplified production process and improved balance of components. 5 cl, 2 tbl
