FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding organic wastes into collectors-settlers for separating wastes into two fractions: sediment and aqueous suspension; supplying aqueous suspension to electric coagulators with separate settlers for cathodic and anodic chambers and further from anodic chamber settlers into mid portion of electric dialyzers connected in series with zeolite filters and pure water vessel; supplying suspension from cathodic chamber settlers, cathodic and anodic chambers of electric dializers into collectors-settlers; delivering condensed mass from collectors-settlers and coagulator settlers into thickeners and via additional homogenization vessel into pelletizing and drying unit; simultaneously supplying suspension at the rate of 1,750-4,100 kg/hour and fluidizing gas at flow rate of 22,900-63,000 cu.m/hour under atomizing air pressure of 2.0-3.0 kg/sq.cm; directing filtrate from thickener back into collectors-settlers; directing gas from pelletizing and drying unit through two-staged cleaning system, with first stage being connected to apparatus via closed cycle system; discharging gas via second stage, turbocompressor with air gate and additional filter into atmosphere. Method and line may be used for manufacture of wide range of pelletized organic fertilizers, additives, combined feeds having predetermined properties by means of ecologically clean technology of processing organic wastes.
