FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: device has a body with technological pipes, steam condenser, filter and heater. The heater and condenser are placed inside the body to form a double cascade heat exchanger. The upper compartment of the heater is connected to the body outlet pipe, the lower one - to the hollow of condenser. The heater is made in the form of a cylinder with a beveled bottom and cover. There is a separation device inside the heater to put on conical separation members and diffusers. The condenser which is also conical has a ring-type bottom and a flange-like cover with two radial slots and ducts for the intake of cooled water. The outer surface of both condenser and heater can be provided with bulge-ended ribs. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability. 3 cl, 1 dwg
