FIELD: mechanical engineering . SUBSTANCE: code lock has located in common body 1 coding gear wheels 2, mounted on shafts 4 with capability of axial motion and joint turning. Shaft 4 is made movable in axial direction and is limited by spring 7. Locking gear wheels 3 are engaged with coding wheels 2. Locking gear wheels 3 have radial grooves on bosses to be engaged with gears 16 of rack 17, that is spring-loaded and mounted in guides. Spacer-shaped surfaces 22 of rack 17 contact balls, located in guiding holes of body 1 and blocking cross-bars 25 from axial motion. Cross-bars 25 are linked to each other by strap 27, that from one side is pressed by spring 28 in direction of cross-bar 25 locking movement, and from other side it contacts cam, that is mounted on shaft 30 of unlocking handle 31. Lock has detectors of locking wheels 3 position in respect to gears 16 of rack 17. Each detector is made of two disks 32 and 33, one of which (32) is fixed on shaft 4 and another (33) is engaged with locking wheel 3 for joint rotation. In the case, their position is interchangeable. Disk 33 has peripheral sampling and blocks axial motion f disk 32 in any their joint position, except one, in which axis of symmetry of peripheral sampling is located in plane of coding wheels 2 and locking wheels 3. Angular interval between radial grooves of locking wheels 3 and peripheral sampling of disk 33 is set different for each pair of the members and always multiple of fixed interval of locking wheels turn. Combination of the values is code to be used in abnormal situation and is used to set coding mechanism and locking mechanism in position, that allows to open lock without user code using.
