Crossbar has longitudinal recesses provided with sockets to receive interlocking means, and also geared cuts engageable with drive for its motion. Cross-bar interlocking device is made in form of slider located in cross-bar sockets and is engageable with its working surfaces with longitudinal recesses of cross-bar and its pin engageable with code holes of code washers.
