FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: bench has an electric motor of the regulator drive connected to a converter, controller of the regulator, and speed governor connected between the converter and actuator of the speed governor which is included in the composition of the common regulator. The bench is provided with an electronic tachometer which comprises a pickup of rotation speed of the drive constructed as an emitter, pulse receiver and code disk interposed between them and rigidly secured to the shaft of the electric motor. The disk is provided with rows of concentrically arranged openings the number of which, at least in one of the rows, is proportional to the ratio of speed of rotation of the Diesel-generator to the electric motor of the drive.
