FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: milking unit has milking cups 2, collector 3 with a cover, and variable vacuum chamber 8 separated by vertical partition 4 into sections and connected to constant vacuum chamber 9 through valve mechanisms that close the holes in the horizontal partition located between the variable and constant vacuum chambers, a pulser and low-vacuum branch-pipe. The collector is provided with bellows 11 that with its upper base plate is connected to its cover and communicates with the pulser; rod 14 of each valve mechanism is linked with the bellows lover base plate, and the valve mechanism uses cone valves. A valve, that is engageable with the milk-vacuum branch-pipe, is installed in the bottom of the collector constant-vacuum chamber. Bellows 11, while contracting under the action of vacuum, raises valve 6. As a result, hole 5 opens and vacuum spreads to the underteat space of the milking unit. The sucking cycle is being accomplished. As atmospheric air is supplied, belows 11 expands, valve 6 goes down and closes hole 5 cutting off the supply of vacuum to the underteat space.
