FIELD: prostheses of lower extremities. SUBSTANCE: shank of prosthesis is comprised of tubular bearing member with connecting member at the end. Screw pair is made of cams and axle mounted on which is return spring secured by circular stop. Cams are fixed in the tubular portion by setting screw. EFFECT: shank extends functions of prosthesis permitting it to act as an energy accumulator and active rotator while walking and increases the range of invalid's nonlocomotor movements. 2 dwg
