FIELD: medical engineering, particularly, apparatuses designed for therapeutic physical training. SUBSTANCE: object of this invention is both actively and passively physically training articulations of fingers to maximum possible extent with strictly dosed load and simultaneous massage of injured hand. This apparatus includes base which carries side uprights and central upright. One of side uprights is made movable along base groove. Stop handles having protruding threaded end portions are attached to side uprights for fixing retaining nut of plate in whose recess is positioned massage roll. Central upright carries box of transmission mechanism which includes gear pair and output shafts to whose ends are rigidly secured L-shaped handles. Loading member is rod whose one end portion is threaded for movement of weights and other end portion has recess for positioning on one of shafts by means of retaining screw. Set of weights, which are metallic washers, permits dosing load in range of 0.1 kg to 2.5 kg. Several versions of functioning of disclosed apparatus are possible.
