SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, can be used in traumatology in order to restore motor activity and amplitude of movements of wrist joints and fingers, which are disturbed as a result of human injuries, for example fracture of forearm bones or diseases, for example stroke. It is realized by using a simulator and includes three stages, where dynamic exercises, static exercises and a complex of dynamic and static exercises are performed, as well as instrumental monitoring of recovery and correction of recovery process due to use of electromyography sensor, skin-galvanic reaction and electroencephalogram.

EFFECT: method provides more effective rehabilitation process involving developing joints and muscle groups of fingers and whole hand, reduced rehabilitation time for recovery of motor skills, tonus and movements in hands and fingers in patients, as well as improved quality of life in general.
