FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to restorative medicine, and can be used for treating the effects of traumas and diseases caused hand and finger dysfunctions. A hand mechanotherapy apparatus comprises a base whereon a horizontally mounted rotatable cylinder and a block attachment. The block attachment accommodates two feet coupled at the top with a crossbeam whereon there are mounted five guide pulleys for elastic bends one ends of which are fixed on a horizontal axis established on the base, and the others have finger loops. The base integrates two side blocks fixed each of which has mobile and motionless portions. The mobile portion is rotatable round a vertical axis, and comprises an elastic band with a finger loop at a free end the other end of which is fixed on the motionless portion. The base represents a sliding platform length-adjustable by means of a driving screw. The feet of the block attachment are telescopic and height-adjustable by latches inserted in through holes of the feet.
