FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device comprises inhalation and exhalation chambers, inhalation resistance is controllable in the form of segments installed diametrically opposite each other in casing 1, and split bushing installed revolvingly in segments. Elastic membrane covering inhalation chamber is installed on end surface of bushing and a similar membrane is disposed between exhalation chamber and casing. Additional cavity envelops the inhalation chamber. The latter also has pipe union for connection of air metering device, while exhalation chamber has pipe union for connection to metering device control mechanism. Additional cavity has saliva trap.
