FIELD: veterinary. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of saline solution or hormonal substance through nipple duct of the breast. Hormonal substance is epidermal and/or insulin-mimetic growth factor, or somatotropin, or prostaglandin, or transforming growth factor, or bovine lactogen. Oil or its emulsion with saline solution is used as acceptable filler. Administration is carried out at pregnancy period or between beginning of sexual maturation and the first pregnancy 1-20-fold with interval for 1-10 days at dose 2.5-250 mg hormonal substance dissolved in volume from 2.5 to 10 ml per one nipple hole. Total administrated dose is 25-5000 mg hormonal substance dissolved in 25-400 ml solvent. EFFECT: improved method of stimulation. 23 tbl
