FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of cytokin in animal organism that activates phagocytes function and immune system and antibiotic. Administration is carried out at period of early lactation or at mammary gland involution. The source of cytokin: interleukin-1-12, interferon of tumor necrosis factor, or colony stimulating factor, or fibroblast growth factor, or granulocyte macrophage stimulating factor, or growth transformation factor, or platelet activating factor, or mutein, or peptide equivalent, its inductor or their combination, and interleukin-2 is used at amount 0.01-40 mg per one-quarter of treated udder, and granulocyte macrophage stimulating agent is used at amount 0.5-55 mg per one-quarter of treated udder.
