FIELD: transport means. SUBSTANCE: system has a rotor made in the form of a ring and is provided with n1 channels communicating with pressure and drain hydraulic lines and n2 radial slots symmetrically located around the circle to house radially movable blades. The blades are engageable with the rotor body. The ring-shaped chamber of the rotor body has n2 segment-shaped compartments evenly placed around the circle. The number of n1 should exceed the number of n2 not less than by one. There is a control valve placed in a bushing and designed to serve dead-end double chambers which communicate through cross-channels with radial and axial windows made on the cylindrical surface. As the valve rotates or axially moves, the pressure and drain hydraulic lines communicate with the working space of piston and rotor via analogous windows provided in the bushing. The piston is connected to the ring rotor by a splinted joint whose splints are located symmetrically relative to the axes of rotor blades. The valve and the rotor bushing have n2 axial working channels and n2 radial working channels each, thus controlling the supply of the working medium into the spaces below both the piston and the blades.
