FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used in drive devices of process equipment. Stepping hydraulic drive with volumetric dosing contains a power source, a reverse spool, an actuator, a volume dispenser consisting of a stationary case with radial channels and a rotor with a rotation drive installed in a stationary case, moreover, in the rotor of the dispenser there is one volumetric dosing device located in the through radial channel of the rotor, made of a separating element and two block stops, wherein the volume dispenser is located between the reverse spool and the actuator, while the volume dispenser and the actuator are arranged in series in the same hydroline.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the design, increasing the efficiency and reliability of the drive, eliminating sequential multiple dosing of the flow, reducing pressure loss, the possibility of using the device with any type of actuators, the possibility of static holding the drive under load, eliminating the impact of internal overflows in the reverse spool on the position of the actuator, reducing errors in speed control and moving the output link of the actuator, reducing wear.
