FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive comprises controlled pump 1 with control element 2 equipped with control mechanism with plunger 3. Unit 6 of distributing hydraulic equipment is connected to pressure hydraulic line 5 of pump 1, with cavities of actuating hydraulic motor 7 and with drain. Hydraulic drive is equipped with support valve 9 installed before unit 6, made with the possibility of limitation of pressure decrease in hydraulic line 5 at reduction of the load on hydraulic motor 7. At that, pump 1 control mechanism is equipped with hydraulic cylinder 11 with piston spring-loaded by spring 4 arranged in piston chamber connected to drain, and rod kinematically connected to control member 2 and arranged in rod chamber connected to hydraulic line 5 of pump 1 via electrically controlled distributor 10, made with possibility to connect rod chamber of hydraulic cylinder 11 with drain and with hydraulic line 5. Support (back-pressure) valve 9 contains a spring-loaded shut-off and control element in the form of ball 13 installed with the possibility of movement between two coaxial seats in the inner cavity of sleeve 18. Sleeve 18 is made with two rows of radial channels 19, 20 communicated with female die (not marked) enclosing distributing sleeve 18 and connected with distributing hydraulic equipment unit 6. In sleeve 18 there is first seat 12 connected to pressure hydraulic line 5, and second seat 17 is made in bushing 14, having through hole, in which pusher 16 is arranged to interact on one side with ball 13 and spring-loaded from other side by spring 15 installed in cavity communicated with drain.
EFFECT: use of the present invention provides higher reliability of pump control at zero and associated loads of the actuating hydraulic motor without additional pressure increase of the pump at maximum loads with preservation of efficiency and pump life.
