FIELD: rust protection. SUBSTANCE: anode grounding has trunk, multicore or single-core cable 1 with preset electrical characteristics and an electrode made in the form of a sheath from little soluble polymeric material, which envelops the cable electrically contacting with it. The sheath is made in the form of alternating current-conducting (2) and electric insulating (3) sections connected in a monolith by means of dielectric sleeves 4. The sheath and sleeve sections are made of materials having a thermodynamic affinity. Materials for sheath section 2 and sleeve 4 are so selected that their ductilities and vulcanization times satisfy respectively the relations realizing correlation of material characteristics through empirical coefficients λ and K respectively. The volume of each electrode section 2 is connected with the volume of sleeve 4 by relationship through empirical coefficient d. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 tbl, 1 dwg
