REINFORCING CAGE, BUILDING PANEL AND METHOD FOR ITS MANUFACTURE Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2033507 C1

FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: reinforcing cage includes longitudinal reinforcing bars and reinforcement spirally enveloping it over its length, whose each turn is made in form of hexahedron in plan. Turns of each adjacent spirals are located between turns of other spiral to form gaps between them which does not exceed diameter of reinforcing bars freely located in them between adjacent sides of turns in vertexes of hexahedrons of spirally positioned reinforcement. Building panel, mainly, of concrete includes longitudinal channels, reinforcing bars and spiral reinforcement. Each turn of spiral reinforcement is made in form of hexahedron in plan. Turns of each adjacent spirals are positioned between turns of other spiral to form gaps between their adjacent parallel sides, which do not exceed diameter of reinforcing bars located in them. Channels are staggered vertically congruent to turns of respective spiral reinforcement. Method for manufacture of building panel includes installation of reinforcing cage in forms, introduction into hollow of forms of hole-forming cores together with vibrators, filling of, mainly, concrete mix, its vibration compaction, withdrawal of hole-making cores and removal of forms. Laid in forms is reinforcing cage in which each turn of spiral reinforcement is made in form of hexahedron. Turns of each adjacent spirals are located between turns of other spiral to form gaps between their adjacent parallel sides not exceeding in their size the diameter of reinforcing bars located in them. Mix is compacted by torsional vibration of hole-making cores relative to their longitudinal axis. EFFECT: reduced specific consumption of materials, improved thermal characteristics of structure and applicable in any climatic zones. 7 cl, 4 dwg
