SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated production of construction articles. Process line comprises a section for preparation of a mixture, a filling section with a mixture of basins with detachable beads, transporting devices, a mechanism for removal of basin sides, a module for processing workpieces and a section for drying products. Basin filling section is made in the form of a fixed working platform equipped with a movable five-coordinate milling machine for processing large workpieces. Machine is made in the form of a portal movable in the longitudinal direction with a carriage for transverse movement of the movable working head holder with a replaceable tool for machining workpieces. Basins are made with composite bottoms consisting of tightly joined individual trays. Working platform is equipped with mechanisms for longitudinal separation of tray composite bottom.
EFFECT: as a result, higher efficiency of process line, increased type of construction products made on it without conversion of line, simplification of cutting of workpieces and production of building blocks without loss of their strength characteristics, as well as reduction of wastes when cutting workpieces into blocks.
