FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: mixture of natural and oil gases with air is additionally added to fuel-air mixture before and during adding of hydrogen containing admixture independent of loading. The additional admixture is added at loading up to 30% of the maximum one and corresponding speed of rotation simultaneously with its supplying to catalytic reactor with a flow rate defined by minimum stable speed of rotation of the shaft, which is fed together with water vapor to catalytic reactor only at loading of 30- 100% of maximum one in the interval 15-20% of weight flow rate of liquid fuel. The admixtures are obtained by catalytic treatment in chamber 24 of reactor 14 for generation of additional fuel and are cooled in chamber 16 by mixing of converted products of crankcase gases obtained in chamber 15 with exhaust gases. The mixture obtained is introduced in the cylinders. The flow rate of the admixtures is controlled. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 3 dwg
